Daily Logistics & Equipment

  • Starting Point: The workday begins at our yard every morning.
  • Company Transport: You will utilize company trucks for travel from the yard to all job sites.
  • Tools Provided: We supply all tools, including specialized stamping mats, power trowels, and saws. No personal equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screeding & Leveling: Precisely screeding and leveling wet concrete to ensure a perfect base for decorative finishing.
  • Grading & Form Setting: Managing sub-grades for drainage and setting wood or flexible forms for custom shapes, including walkways, patios, and stairs.
  • Decorative Stamping: Executing precise patterns and textures with a high degree of consistency across large pours.
  • Parging & Vertical Work: Expertly applying parging to foundations and finishing vertical surfaces to a professional standard.
  • Cutting & Washing: Operating concrete saws for expansion joints and power washing release agents for final sealing.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically in decorative and stamped concrete.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Driving Record: A clean Driver's Abstract is required for operating company vehicles.

  • Tools Provided: We supply all tools and safety equipment required for the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Prep: Assisting with digging, manual grading, and clearing debris to prepare for pours.
  • Forming & Layout: Helping set wood or flexible forms for walkways, patios, and stairs.
  • Concrete Work: Assisting with the pour, screeding, and leveling of wet concrete.
